Cheddar Bacon Beer Bread

What goes better together than Cheddar Cheese and Bacon?  Nothing!  Quick and easy to make, all you need is mix and 12oz of undrunk room temperature beer, bake and enjoy!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

DIRECTIONS:   PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. COMBINE PACKAGES IN A MIXING BOWL. POUR IN 1 (12 OZ. CAN) BEER (ROOM TEMPERATURE). STIR UNTIL BLENDED. POUR BATTER INTO A WELL GREASED (OR USE NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY) BREAD PAN (9X5X4-INCH). MELT 2 TBL BUTTER OR MARGARINE AND POUR OVER THE BREAD BATTER. BAKE FOR 55-60 MINUTES, OR UNTIL BREAD BEGINS TO PULL AWAY FROM SIDES OF PAN. YIELD 1 LOAF.

NOTE:  YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ROOM TEMPERATURE GINGER ALE OR CLUB SODA FOR THE 12 OZ CAN OF BEER.
